Spa Policy

Arrivals

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fully enjoy the Tribeca Beauty Spa experience. If you are a first time spa client we will ask you to fill out a client card and you will be given a robe and slippers. You can relax in the lounge with complimentary refreshments and unwind in the sauna before your treatment. If you do not wish to use the lounge facilities before your treatment we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Tips

Gratuity is a standard spa practice and we suggest tipping 15-20% for your service in cash only.

Cancellations

We require a 24 hours’ notification for any changes or cancellations for individual services, 48 hours’ notification for multiple services and 72 hours for spa parties. We regret that failure to inform us prior to the above time windows will result in full billing of your scheduled service(s).

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are only redeemable at Tribeca Beauty Spa for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated. If a specified service is no longer available by the time the gift certificate is redeemed, the original gift certificate dollar value can be applied towards another service. Returns

We will issue a store credit for any unopened product returns. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
