Spa Policies


If you happen to arrive early and your provider is with another guest, please sit and relax with complementary refreshments or enjoy exploring the area and we will happily notify you by phone when they are ready for your appointment. If you are a new client we will have you fill out a client intake and you will be taken on a  tour of the facility. If there is an extra step we can take for your safety, please feel free to let us know. We are committed to making our spa a healthy and relaxing safe haven for you and your family.


Gratuity is a standard spa practice and we suggest tipping 15-20% for your service in cash only.


We require a 24 hours’ notification for any changes or cancellations for individual services, 48 hours’ notification for multiple services as well as any services over Spa Week, and 72 hours for spa parties. We regret that failure to inform us prior to the above time windows will result in full billing of your scheduled service(s).

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are only redeemable at Tribeca Beauty Spa for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated. If a specified service is no longer available by the time the gift certificate is redeemed, the original gift certificate dollar value can be applied towards another service. We will issue a store credit for any unopened product returns. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
